Retirement and Funeral
I asked my parents what role they wanted me to play in their lives when the got old and they said that they wanted me to take care of them. My mom said that she did not want to go to a retirement home. She wants to stay around family and friends she doesn’t want to be around people she doesn’t know. My dad wants to go to El Salvador when he gets old because he says that that’s where all of his childhood friends are and that’s where my grandma lives.
When my mom retires she says that she would like to travel around the world and see new and different thing. She said that she would like to live in peace and not have to worry about anything. I asked them where they would like to get buried and they both have different answers, my mom said that she would like to be buried here in California so that we can go visit her anytime we want and my dad said that he would like to be buried in El Salvador because that’s where everyone he knows lives. Both of m parents would like to be buried not cremated.
My parents don’t have any burial plots. They have not planned anything for their funeral. I asked them what they did when my aunt and my grandpa died and they said that for my grandpa they had to buy an emergency burial plot because they didn’t expect my grandpa to die so soon and for my aunt they already had her burial plot because the doctor had already told her that she was going to die. I also asked them if they had a will and they said no but they were hoping to leave us the house.

Advice on money and chilren

Money and raising children
I asked my parents what they did to manage the money for our household and they both said the same thing. They said that my mom pays for the mortgage and any other house payments. She also pays for my education and any scholastic needs. My dad pays all of the bills. If we need any groceries or necessities for the house then either of them will buy it. They keep it pretty simple and it has work the whole time they have been together.
I also asked my parents what advice they would give me if I was raising a child and what they did to raise my brother, my sister, and I. The advice my mom gave me for raising a child was to make sure that they always have what they need. She told me to be patient and to always be aware of how they’re feeling and what they’re up to. Then both my parents said that for them it was important to give us everything they never had like a good education.
I really don’t have any complaints about how my parents raised me. I didn’t like it when I got spanked but it was always so that I wouldn’t do what I did again. Sometimes I didn’t like that my mom was too over protective, but I know that it was for my well being so now I appreciate it. Besides that I had a pretty good life. I always got the stuff that I wanted from my dad, but I always had to earn it through soccer. I always had everything that I needed.

The perfect spouse
When I asked my parents what I should look for in a spouse they gave me some great advice. First they said that I should look for someone who is trustworthy. They said that if the person who I was with is untrustworthy then I would never be able to trust them and the relationship would never work. There would always be problems in the relationship and we would fight all the time. They told me that if I was in relationship like that I would never be happy. They also said that I had to look for someone who could be themselves around me and I could also be my self around them. They told me that if I’m afraid to be my true self with the person I’m with or if they are afraid to be themselves with me then what we have is fake because we aren’t saying what we really want to say, nor are we expressing what we truly feel. So the whole thing wouldn’t be real.
When I asked them for more descriptions of the perfect spouse they told me to find someone that has the same morals and the same values as I do. They told me that if we had the same morals and values it would be easier to get along because we would want the same thing and we would live our lives by the same rules. They also told me that since I’m the adventurous and athletic type that I should find someone with the same interest it would be so much more fun if we like to do the same things or at least if we are both adventurous. They told me this because they know that I’m the kind of person that likes to try new things instead of just sitting at home doing the same thing. Then they told me that I had to find someone that I could depend on and if I couldn’t depend on him then who would I be able to depend on. If I was in trouble I anyway then I would have to depend on him to get me through it and they said that that is important in a relationship.

Beliefs and values
My Beliefs and Values
I do have beliefs. I do believe that here is a god who died for us. I also believe that there is good and evil, heaven and hell. I also believe in being strong against temptation. I believe that you should always do the right thing because if you do the right thing then your conscience will be clear. These are some of the beliefs that I have in my life; this is how I live my life.
I value honesty. Honesty is very important because without honesty you would never know who to trust. You wouldn’t know if someone was lying to you or if someone was telling you the truth. I also value my family and friends because without family and friends you wouldn’t have anyone to lean on when you’re in trouble or when you were sad. Without family or friends that are honest you would never be able to tell them your secrets or the problems that you are having in your life. Kindness is another thing that I value. If people aren’t kind to you they don’t want to talk to you and they won’t be able to tell you any of the things that they need help with.

Relationships
Relationships
If I were in a relationship I would want there to be trust. If there isn’t trust in a relationship then there will be no communication and the relationship will fail. There must also be honesty because I wouldn’t want my boyfriend or husband to lie to me. I also wouldn’t want him to cheat on me. Something that is really important in a relationship is love because that is the only reason that you stay with someone because you love them and when ever you’re around them they make you feel happy and they always make you laugh.
The perfect guy for me physically would be a white guy or some guy who is mixed like Filipino with white. He would also have an accent either an Australian accent or a British accent because people with those accents are hot. He would have to be kind of like an Abercrombie and Fitch model. He has to have a nice body, nice hands, and nice eyes. Besides the physical stuff he has to be kind and gentle. He has to be understanding and trustworthy. He also has to be honest with me and he can’t lie. Another characteristic that would be nice is if he can cook. He has to be adventurous and athletic because I wouldn’t want a guy who is boring.

My parents philosophy
I asked my parents what their life philosophy is and the first one to answer was my dad. He said that his life philosophy was to do always do the best he can in whatever he is doing. He said that he always wants to be the best at what he does even if it’ hard. He told me that this was his life philosophy because he wants to set an example for me, my brother, and my sister. It’s also because he wants to be able to give us everything we need so that we can achieve the things we want because he wants an even better life than the one that he and my mom have given us.
Then my mom answered and she said her life philosophy was to work as hard as she can and to always be in touch with god. Life Philosophy
My life philosophy is live life to the fullest. I chose to live by this philosophy because you never know what’s going to happen the next day. You don’t know if you’re going to wake up from your sleep or if you are going to be killed. This is why I live by this philosophy because you never know what’s going to happen.
Some of the things that I do to live by this philosophy is to do as many new thing that I can everyday. I also try to take as many risks as I can and not be afraid of trying something new because if you don’t try it then you’ll never know what it would have been like to have done something that you have never done before. Like now I’m playing on the school’s basketball team its kind of scary but if wouldn’t have taken that risk I would have never known what it would have been like and I wouldn’t have known if I enjoy it or not.
It is good to try new things everyday. You can get a better prospective of thing and of life. If you live life to the fullest you will never regret no doing something because you have done it.

Essay
Why do I believe in god?
Why do I believe in god? I believe in god because there are many things that happen to people that are unexplainable. For instance, I had P.E. and we had to run the mile, but I did not want to run. So it was a little cloudy and I prayed for it to rain and when we finished praying it started to sprinkle and when that happened we had the choice of running or not. I don’t think that it just happened I think that god heard that prayer and answered it even though it was just a small request.
I have heard on the news about a man and his brother falling off a building at about forty stories high while they were painting it. When they fell one of them died and the other one survived. Things like that are what I call miracles of god because who could survive a forty story high fall if they weren’t protected by god.
I do believe that god died on the cross to save us. I do believe what the bible says is true because there is tons of evidence out there to prove that god was real. For example, there have been people that Climb Mountains and they see sea shells on top of the mountain how else would they get there if there was no flood.
